What Percentage of Debts will I have to pay?

Typically, creditors expect to receive at least 30% of the amount owed. This is not written in stone—some creditors will want more, others will accept less. Much depends on your individual circumstances. For example, if you have no assets and a chronic health issue makes it very unlikely that your income level will increase, your creditors might take a smaller percentage than if you had good employment prospects and sellable assets.
